* Balanced physical strength gives you FREEDOM. Freedom is the ability to do what you want, without limitations. I want to know what's holding you back from living your best life?? I believe with consistent effort you can overcome just about anything.
* This is HUGE! The right exercise relieves stress - All kinds of stress! Exercise can relaxes muscles, increase mental clarity, improve your emotional state (yes... Happiness) and spiritual awareness.
